All Simagic products purchased from S5 Technology Singapore are entitled for 1 year warranty on the hardware except for the wear and tear of materials such as leather, suade, alcantara. In parallel, S5 Technology will also provide 1 year free technical support such as phone, remote, onsite support whichever appropriate to get the issue resolved at convenience.
However, even after the 1 year warranty and support is over, S5 Technology will still provide free support & troubleshooting at best effort. Knowledge is free!
